Extensions are the core of the business. An install takes roughly three hours or more, and tightening is needed every four to six weeks. The studio's laser beaded row method is named after its founder, and it is used with wefted hair. Wefts are attached with micro beads and thread, or with beads alone, and the threaded version holds more securely. K-tip keratin and fusion extensions are heat-fused to natural hair, so they cannot be tightened and must be removed and reinstalled. Tape-ins are placed per attachment and reapplied every six to eight weeks.

Sew-in weaves are braided into cornrows and sewn with virgin human hair wefts. Clients can choose a closed sew-in with a closure or frontal, or an open sew-in with a leave-out. The studio also runs a grow-out program for clients transitioning out of a relaxer. Custom wigs, removable pieces, toppers and lace wigs require a consultation first, and repairs such as a torn thread or twisted weft are done at no charge. Private screens and a private studio are available for clients who want discretion.

Beyond hair, the studio offers lash extensions and fills, microblading by appointment, and waxing, with prices given as averages or starting rates that may vary by location, experience and hair density. Color, braids, natural hair services, blowouts and wedding or glam day packages are also available, and mobile service can be arranged for packages when booked in advance. Deposits are needed to hold install and package appointments, and cancellations need 72 hours' notice.

The studio focuses on keeping clients' natural hair healthy while they wear its extension system, and it sets a clear standard for which hair it will work on.

Private screens and a private studio give clients a discreet setting for hair concerns.
