The menu covers cuts and styling, including a customized curly haircut based on each client's natural texture and a silk press. Color options range from gloss and toner add-ons to root coverage, all-over color, full highlights and balayage packages, with the balayage and highlight packages taking the longest to complete. Olaplex chelating and repairing treatments can be added to many services, and a full keratin treatment is offered for smoother, frizz-reduced hair.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Hand-tied rows, tape-in extensions and I-tip extensions are available, with I-tips using small bundles of human hair attached with a small bead at the top. Clients can also reach the salon through the contact form on its website.

Booking details are clear before the appointment: a 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours, and new clients booking partial packages, full highlights or balayage are asked for a $75 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
