Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, with Sundays closed.

The salon works exclusively with the Invisible Bead Extensions method, a hand-tied system. It describes this method as the most requested hand-tied option and says it avoids bead contact with the scalp, relies on proper tension and leaves no exposed beads, bonds or braids when hair is worn up. Clients can choose hand-tied wefts or micro wefts. Extension hair is sourced from Eastern Europe and comes in straight and wavy options in most lengths. Hand-tied wefts need to be blown dry after showering to avoid matting and swelling along the weft line. Micro wefts have no return hair along the seam and can be cut at any point without shedding or re-tying. Stylists are certified at different levels, from newly certified through Level 1 and Level 2 artists to Level 3 Masters, and install pricing is set by that level, per row plus the cost of hair. Extension consultations are booked through the website, where clients can also apply online.

Maintenance appointments take about an hour per row and are required after every initial install. They are typically scheduled every 7 to 9 weeks on average, depending on the client, and work best with clean or second-day hair. Wash and style is not included but can be added for an additional cost. The salon says extensions last an average of 8 to 12 months with proper home care and salon maintenance. Extension blowouts, extension color packages and reinstalls are also offered.

Outside of extensions, the salon offers color services, including a ladies haircut with a blowout, single process color, a mini color refresh and a Brazilian Blowout. Blonding is organized into add-ons and packages by time, from partial to total transformation sessions, and every blonding package includes a trim and a blowout style of the guest's choice. Blowout memberships come in duo, trio and weekly tiers, with separate pricing for guests wearing extensions. Memberships include one free treatment per month and 50% off head spa, and unused services do not roll over or get refunded.

The salon builds its work around Invisible Bead Extensions, which it says avoids bead contact with the scalp and depends on proper tension. Stylists move through certification levels as their extension experience grows.
