Ashley co-owns Blend Salon with Kelsey and works as a color and blonding specialist. She is an Invisible Bead Extensions Elite Artist and a salon educator. She trained in cosmetology at Harford Tech. She started out as a stylist at a Bel Air salon at 17, then worked for two other salons before she and Kelsey opened Blend Salon. She has been behind the chair since 2014.
