The space is cozy and stylish, set up to feel comfortable. Services that need planning, such as perms, fashion colors, extensions, and some color work, require a consultation first, and several services take a deposit when booked.
The menu is broad. Color work runs from toner and root touch-ups through highlights, babylights, balayage, and ombre, and there are separate options for color stripping and removal. Blowouts include Brazilian blowouts priced by hair length. Memberships include The Fresh Roots Monthly Club, which bundles a root touch-up, deep conditioning, and a haircut, and the Bella Blowout Club, offered monthly or as a package. Existing memberships and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.
Booking is done through the salon's online booking site, which accepts payment there. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
Hours are Monday 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 2:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The salon is closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Clients can also reach the salon with questions through the contact page.
