Clients can expect a consultation for smoothing and texture services, since the salon recommends one to find the right option for their hair. Bridal and special occasion hair, for weddings, proms and other events, is priced by custom quote. Starting prices vary with hair length, density, service goals and the time requested, and final pricing is discussed during consultation.

A valid credit card is needed to hold a booking, but nothing is charged when the booking is made. Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours ahead. A cancellation made inside that 24-hour window incurs a 50% service charge. Missed appointments without notice are billed the full scheduled service. If a client arrives late, the salon may shorten or move the service, and the full service charge can still apply.

Customized looks are the goal, with stylists working independently under one shared standard of care, technique and detail.
