Hair is the core of the business. Color work includes balayage, foil and partial highlights, ombre and sombre, vivids, root touch-ups, toning and color correction, and consultation is recommended for vivids and color correction. Starting rates at Level 1 include Full Balayage at $250, Full Highlights at $220 and Women's Haircut and Style at $93. Pricing is set by stylist level, from Level 1 to Level 5, based on experience and demand, and listed prices vary with hair length, thickness and the result wanted. The salon supplies all color used in services and may add a charge for extra lightener or color beyond what a service includes.

Extensions are a specialty, and the salon focuses on hand-tied extensions, where wefts are sewn onto a beaded row with no glue and no heat, typically using two to four rows. Bridal services run through Something Blue by Lee Graves, the salon's bridal division. It covers wedding hair, bridal makeup in airbrush or traditional application, bridal party and flower girl styling, trials, day-of hair and makeup, and on-location work at venues, hotels and getting-ready suites, with travel fees that depend on distance. Trials are recommended two to three months before the wedding, and peak season from April to October is best booked six to 12 months ahead. Inquiries go through an online form or by phone.
