A visit usually begins with a consultation to talk through hair goals. Beki performs every service herself and adjusts each appointment to the client's hair type, daily routine and goals, so the plan is built around the individual rather than a fixed menu.
The salon covers a broad range of work. Cuts include precision cutting and blowouts. Color ranges from balayage, tints and custom shades to vivid work such as peekaboo panels and full transformations, using Wella Professional products. Extensions come in hand tied, butterfly weft and tape-in methods. Smoothing options are Brazilian Blowout and a keratin treatment that uses GK Hair products. Special occasions styling is offered for bridal, event and photoshoot appointments.
The Head Spa and Malibu C scalp wellness services are aimed at buildup removal, follicle health and hair growth. The Head Spa includes a scalp analysis, deep cleanse, exfoliation, a relaxing massage and a nourishing treatment using Malibu C Head Lab products. The salon says Brazilian Blowout results last up to 12 weeks. The Allen location's Vagaro profile shows a 4.9 rating from three reviews.
Bookings are made through Vagaro with instant confirmation, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Payment can be made by card, cash, check, or online through Square, Venmo or Vagaro. The salon also runs an online shop for haircare and styling brands, and a monthly women's networking and empowerment gathering called The Circle takes place near the Dallas location.
Beki personally performs every service and tailors each appointment to the client's hair type, lifestyle and goals.
