Surgical procedures take place at Harbor Surgery Center, a freestanding Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery center licensed through the Maryland Department of Health Office of Health Care Quality. The center has its own entrance, exit and parking lot, so patients can be discharged privately after surgery, and it has a separate family waiting room with refreshments and television. Its operating and recovery rooms are equipped for monitoring and surgery, with emergency equipment on hand, and the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1 before and after surgery. The center describes its monitoring equipment as comparable to that used in intensive care units and its staff in strong terms, including Certified Nurse Anesthetists, Registered Nurses and Operating Room Technicians.

A first step is a consultation with Dr. Chiaramonte or Dr. Costeloe. The consultation fee is $100, paid at booking and applied to the total cost of the surgery or procedure. Online appointment requests carry a $100 scheduling deposit that is applied to the appointment. Package pricing and discounts for multiple procedures are discussed and applied at the consultation. Surgical prices are given as average ranges that can be higher or lower depending on the individual, and they include the surgeon's fee, operating room, anesthesia, implants if used, post-operative garments and follow-up visits; prescriptions, vitamins, lab work and pre-operative medical clearance are not included. Listed averages include breast augmentation at $8,600 to $8,800, breast lift at $9,200 to $11,400, breast reduction at $9,400 to $12,200, tummy tuck at $9,800 to $10,800 and liposuction starting at $5,200. Chin augmentation, eyelid lift, facial fat grafting, facelift and rhinoplasty require a consultation for pricing. Financing includes no-interest and low-interest payment plans reviewed at the first consultation, along with the ALPHAEON Credit Card and CareCredit.

Alongside surgery, the med spa offers non-surgical treatments and hair restoration. Injectables are listed at $15 per unit for BOTOX Cosmetic and Dysport, and the injectable membership, at $100 per year, lowers that to $13 per unit and saves $50 per area on fillers. Chemical peels start at $350, a full face broadband light photofacial starts at $600, and hair removal by area typically runs $125 to $800 with package options.
