Clients book through an online booking page hosted on Glossgenius. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Scheduling rules are firm. Cancelling less than 48 hours before an appointment carries a 50% fee, and a missed appointment is charged the full scheduled price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show. Changes should be made at least 48 hours ahead, and booking means agreeing to the cancellation policy.
