The menu is organized by service type, with prices listed by hair length. Single process and double process color, gray blending and beard color are offered, along with touch-ups. Beard color is single process and gray blending only, with no bleach. Highlights are priced for short, medium and long hair, with limits on how far down the sides and back the color can reach for the medium and long options.

Haircut options run from a clean-up of the neckline and around the ears to a clip-fade on the sides and back, which does not include scissors on top. Clipper cuts with scissors on top and full scissor cuts are priced by length, and the long scissor cut includes a blow dry. Body waves, relaxers and keratin treatments are offered by length, along with a deep conditioning treatment. Appointment lengths range from 30 minutes for the simpler services to around two and a half hours for the longest highlights.

The salon is connected to Strands for Trans, which Barba launched for Pride. It included a map registry of participating salons and barbershops, and participating shops received a barber pole sticker inspired by the trans flag. According to the community page, the network spread to all 50 states within two weeks of launch. Xavier Cruz co-founded Strands For Trans in 2017.
