The business began in 2015 as a mobile brow truck in California, serving Los Angeles and Orange County. The truck later moved to Chicago, and the business now operates from the Armitage Avenue location. The salon describes itself as women-owned, and it has been featured on Daytime Chicago news.

Each visit starts with a personalized consultation. Brow designs are shaped around a client's natural brow and personal style, and the options range from thicker or thinner to arched, archless or natural. Artists use photo captures to map the brows and record each visit in a brow history so progress can be tracked. Between visits, artists offer at-home brow care recommendations and treatments. First-time brow clients book the New Brow Who Dis service, which includes a longer consultation. A first brow waxing appointment usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, and clients are advised to return for brow waxing every two to four weeks, with results lasting up to three to six weeks. Brow tint can leave residual color on the skin for up to 24 hours.

Skin treatments are carried out by estheticians. The Deluxe HydraFacial with Boosters cleans, exfoliates and moisturizes the skin, and add-on boosters can target particular skin concerns. According to the salon, the treatment needs no downtime and works for every skin type. Waxing is available as bikini line, bikini full and Brazilian options, along with full-body waxing. A bikini line wax treats the area beyond the bikini line, a bikini full wax can cover as much or as little of the front as the client prefers, and a Brazilian wax also includes the back. Clients should wait at least a couple of hours after a workout before a bikini wax. The price list also features three packages: Shape What Ya Momma Gave Ya, I'm in Love With the Shape of You, and I'm in Love With the Shape & Glow of You.

Booking policies: cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, or a 50% fee applies, and last-minute cancellations are charged to the card on file. Rescheduling does not avoid the fee, and cancellation fees cannot be applied to a future appointment. No-shows and no-call bookings are charged 100%. According to the boutique policies, brow laminations, lash lifts and HydraFacials carry a $100 fee due to booking timing. A credit card on file is required to hold any booking, including phone bookings. Appointments are confirmed by email or text at least 72 hours ahead. Touch-up brow services are only for existing clients on monthly brow maintenance, booked no more than six weeks after their previous service, and clients who have not visited in more than six weeks must book a return visit service. Walk-ins are accepted, though appointments have priority. Clients must be 18 or older or accompanied by a legal guardian. Children are welcome, and those three years and younger must be on a lap or in a stroller during services. Pets are not allowed except service dogs, and video recording of staff or clients is not permitted. Major credit cards and cash are accepted, but checks are not, and tips are cash only. The salon does not offer Wi-Fi. Parking is residential until 6 p.m. or in paid spots on Armitage. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
