The business rents suites to independent professionals. Each tenant runs their own business, sets their own hours, chooses their own products and sets their own prices. Chicago Salon Suites handles building logistics and the upkeep of common areas, so tenants can focus on their clients.

Each suite has private access and high-end finishes. Tenants can enter their suite at any hour through a smartphone-app video intercom. The company describes its suites as upscale and all-inclusive at affordable rates, and the locations differ in size and layout.

The Lincoln Park location is the Salon and Spa Suites on Lincoln, with upscale suites for hair and spa professionals. Lincoln Square has seven suites, including single and double hair studios with large exterior windows and three treatment rooms. Lakeview has seven suites, including hair studios with large windows and treatment rooms. Logan Square has 10 suites, including single and double hair studios and treatment rooms. Roscoe Village is the Spa Suites on Belmont, with private rooms and suites for aestheticians and beauty professionals, suited to facials, massage, body wraps, permanent cosmetics, waxing and treatments that need water access.

Tenants get discounted education resources through a partnership with The Salon Hub. Amenities vary by location: Lakeview includes complimentary laundry and access to a kitchenette, Lincoln Square includes free laundry and an employee kitchenette, and Logan Square has double stackable washer/dryers and an employee kitchenette.

The company gives independent professionals their own private suite and handles the building, so each tenant runs their own business on their own terms.
