The menu is built around braiding. Options include box braids in several sizes, Fulani braids with twists or box braids, passion twists, individual braids with half-inch parts, and braids with a simple design. Installs cover quick weaves, closures, frontals, wig installs and traditional sew-ins. There is also a silk press, natural-hair services, men's braids and starter locs, and braided or sleek ponytails.
Hair bundles bought from the salon come with complimentary installation. Bundle packages use 100 percent human hair in straight, body wave or deep wave texture, up to 20 inches long. A Bundles plus Install Deal includes three bundles, and a Closure plus Install Deal adds a closure. A Bob Deal combines two to three bundles, a traditional sew-in, and a bob cut and style.
Every appointment requires a $25 deposit, paid through the booking link, Zelle or Apple Pay. The deposit comes off the total cost on the day of the appointment. Cancelling without 24 hours notice means the deposit is not refunded, and rescheduling needs the same notice to carry the deposit to a new time. Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean being asked to rebook.
