Lash extensions are applied one faux mink lash at a time to each natural lash, and the styles run from natural to glamorous. Options include classic, hybrid, volume, mega-volume, a volume and mega-volume combination, specialty pixie, angel and baby sets, and bottom lashes. The studio tailors each style to the client's eye shape, the direction their lashes grow, and their face. Refills are offered as a 30-minute touch up, a mini fill for sparse lashes or when about 60 percent of lashes remain, or a 90-minute full fill, and 15 minutes can be added to any visit.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash lifts in several forms, including a Korean lift for a soft, natural curl that can be made more dramatic, a bottom lash lift, a reverse lift for lashes that were over- or under-curled, and a lift combined with extensions. Brow services cover lamination, which includes shaping, waxing, and tinting with a custom-matched color, along with plain brow waxing.

Visits are one-on-one in a quiet, relaxed room. Snacks, drinks, aromatherapy, blankets, a reclining chair, phone chargers and complimentary WiFi are available. Each full lash set or lash lift comes with a complimentary aftercare kit. Payment is by cash or card, including tap to pay, and checks are not accepted. Guests are asked not to come along to appointments, and children may attend only if they can sit quietly for the full service. The studio says it welcomes clients of any age, gender, or background.

Each lash and brow style is tailored to the client's eye shape, lash growth direction, and face.
