The salon covers hair, beauty and skin care. It specializes in cutting, creative color placement, holistic skincare and lash extensions. Hair work includes cuts, blonding such as balayage, mini foil and highlights, color, extensions, perms, Brazilian blowouts and tinsel extensions. Beauty services cover lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, and brow tints, henna and lamination. Facials range from custom and express versions to dermaplane, chem peel, a back facial and a chakra cleansing facial. Waxing covers leg, arm, torso, and bikini and Brazilian work.

Every service begins with a consultation. Color consultations and fantasy color consultations are complimentary, and free consultations are available for guests who need help choosing a service. Consultations are required for color corrections, vivid color, perms and extensions. Guests can expect waters, sparkling water, coffee and Mill Creek Brewing beers from Nolensville during appointments, and they may bring their own food and drink. Wifi is available, and a desk that fits beside the chair suits laptop work. Guests who want a quiet visit can say so beforehand or at the start, and chatter is kept to a minimum after the consultation.

Booking is online through the salon's Vagaro link, or by phone or text at 615-761-6509, though staff may not answer right away and voicemail is available. Cancellations made 24 hours or less ahead are charged 50% of the service cost, and guests more than 15 minutes late without notice are charged 50% and must reschedule. A no-call, no-show is charged the full cost. Guests unhappy with a service can contact the stylist or salon within one week for refinements, which are booked Monday to Friday. Service corrections are at the stylist's discretion, and the salon has a strict no-refund policy.

Each service starts with a consultation so the stylist or esthetician can plan the visit around the client's hair, skin or lashes.
