Every service begins with a thorough consultation. Prices vary by stylist level, availability and how much product is used, and extension pricing is set only after a consultation. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to attend the consultation.

The salon carries Aveda products, which can be bought online through its website. Its spa menu includes Tulasara facials in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths, dual exfoliating plant peels, peel-based signature facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and Aveda body treatments, along with brow and lash services.

Booking policies: cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Cancelling inside 48 hours is charged at 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-show without notice is charged at 100% and requires a valid credit card to book further appointments. Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may lead to being placed on a walk-in only list. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, with a late fee before rebooking. Haircut and haircolor adjustments are offered if the salon is notified within one week, with haircolor adjustments subject to consultation and management approval; refunds are not offered. Unused retail products can be returned within one week for credit toward any retail product in the salon.
