Services fall into five groups: hair color, a hair and scalp treatment spa, Korean specialty perms, Korean straightening perms, and precision haircuts. Precision cuts include at-home styling lessons and maintenance tips. Straightening services come with aftercare guidance for keeping hair healthy for six to twelve months. Scalp treatments begin with a consultation on scalp condition and hair damage level, and they can be added before or after color, perm or straightening.

For color and cut appointments, clients are asked to bring at least two reference photos. Clients should also disclose any previous color, perm, straightening or other chemical treatments, and note any box dye used in the past three to four years in the Special Requests field. Wave perms may not last as long after recent bleaching or light-toned dyeing, so clients who had those within four to five years are asked to book a haircut first.

The studio is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm. Clients can have snacks and drinks while they wait. Parking is in the Shopper's Lane lot next to the studio, where 90 to 180 minutes are free; services of three hours or more need a $6 all-day pass bought by machine or app, and the Macy's across the street offers free all-day parking.

Changes and cancellations should be made through the website, ideally 72 hours ahead, and cancellations with less notice may be charged half the service price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten or change the service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show with a 50% fee. The studio does not overbook. It also offers chair rental with several options, and room rental for nail, makeup, eyelash, tattoo and skin care work.
