Every first visit begins with a personalized consultation covering hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance preferences and a customized plan. Stylists are priced hourly, and the salon does not accept gratuity. Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours ahead carry no fee. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged half of the scheduled service, and changes with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are charged the full service. The fee is waived for a first-time illness. Before-and-after photos or videos may be taken for social media, with client permission, and clients can decline.

Street parking is available in the neighborhood, though Wednesday and Thursday street sweeping applies, so check posted signs. One hour of metered parking sits directly in front of the salon, and City Parking Lot #668 is next door: stalls 11 to 28 allow two-hour parking and stalls 29 to 50 allow all-day parking until 9:00 PM.
