Bookings are made through the booking page for each location. Microblading is a two-step process: an initial session, then a touch-up usually four to six weeks later. The touch-up is not included in the initial price, and a fee applies if it is not booked within that window. Services already performed are not refunded, since materials and technician time have been used. Yearly touch-ups are recommended to keep brows looking full.
Scalp micropigmentation creates the look of hair follicles to cover or blend hair transplant scars, alopecia, thinning hair and male pattern baldness, for men and women. A wide range of organic, vegan-friendly pigment shades is used. Clients cut their hair to the agreed length the night before, and a second session usually follows about two weeks after the first. For scars and stretch marks, the studio offers an ink-less camouflage that uses a custom blend of serums with microneedling, and a free consultation where clients send three photos of the area in advance.
Financing is available for all services through Cherry, with payment plans for purchases from $200 to $10,000. The academy offers the six-day AAM Fundamental Course, which pairs online study with in-person classroom work. It is priced at $5,999 and includes a starter kit, six live model procedures, a certificate and lifetime support. An apprenticeship is listed at $3,600, and students who completed a basic course at another academy pay an extra fee for it. The academy says it offers personalized, individual instruction and mentorship until students reach their goals, and that it is one of very few studios nationwide to receive top honors from the American Academy of Micropigmentation. New Jersey requires 100 hours of fundamental training and 15 supervised procedures, followed by a state board exam, before an artist can perform permanent makeup procedures there.
The studio aims for natural-looking, individual results, and the academy describes its teaching as personal and one-on-one.
