Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not currently accepted. Clients book online through Square or by phone, and a non-refundable deposit applies toward the booked service. Digital consent forms arrive by email after booking and must be completed before the visit. A free patch test is available and should be done 24 to 48 hours before a first service. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling.
Payment is accepted by credit card (3% fee), Cherry, AfterPay, cash and Zelle, and Cherry offers payment plans for higher-cost services. Gift cards are available, and a loyalty program gives members 1 point per $1 spent toward discounts on sales and services.
Signature offerings include the Acne Boot Camp, a seven-month treatment series, ProCell microchanneling and a Korean lash lift. Permanent makeup requires a consultation first and is for clients 18 and older. The business also runs a PMU training academy with upcoming classes, along with non-accredited lash certification classes at beginner and advanced levels.
