The salon lists integrity, professionalism, fairness and honesty toward guests, and giving back to the community and the world, as its core values. It says it is committed to a gender affirming, inclusive and safer space for all clients, and that services are priced on time, technique and stylist rather than gender. The salon describes its own style as uncompromising and its service as unparalleled, and states that its service providers have completed advanced in-salon training.

Services are grouped into Advanced Skin Care, Hair, Hair Removal, Make-up, Skin Care and Tanning. Prices can shift with hair length, the extent of the work, time and special packages. Stylists sit on a level system that reflects education, experience and demand on their time, so the same service can be priced differently by stylist. Clients can ask for a different provider at any point. A blow dry is not included with color and must be requested when booking. Clients cannot blow dry their own hair in the salon, but can sit under a dryer before leaving.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service value, and no-shows are charged the full value. Arrivals more than 10 to 15 minutes late may not receive their full appointment time. Gratuity can be paid by Venmo or cash but not by credit card. Refunds are not offered for services, so concerns should be raised within one week of the visit. The salon is open Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
