The practice was founded by Dr. Anetta Reszko, who established it on Park Avenue in New York City. It has two offices, one on the Upper East Side in Manhattan and one in Rye, and sees women, men and children for both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Each patient receives a personalized plan based on skin biology, lifestyle and long-term goals. The practice takes a whole-body view of skin health, with an emphasis on prevention, early diagnosis and treatment. Skin cancer care includes biopsy of skin lesions, with samples sent to a laboratory to separate skin cancer from benign lesions, Mohs micrographic surgery, and photodynamic therapy for pre-cancers and skin cancers. Appointments can be requested in person or virtually by calling 646-759-8449, by text or WhatsApp, or through the website's online request form.

Cosmetic work spans injectables, fillers, lasers, facials, body contouring, skin treatments and IV therapy. Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin are outpatient sessions of about 15 minutes with no downtime. IPL is usually given as a course of 4 to 6 treatments spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, and laser options range from CoolPeel CO2 resurfacing to Fraxel Dual.

The founder also created SKORR SKIN, a skincare line that the brand describes as science-first and as a luxury skincare brand. It combines dermatologic expertise with nutritional biochemistry and longevity research. Its at-home SKORR devices are presented as complements to in-office treatments.
