Medical grade treatments are physician supervised and use clinical-strength products, with Dr Messenger serving as medical director. Facial and skin care options run from acne and vitamin C facials to LED Lightstim and a deep cleansing signature facial, and the spa keeps a specialty mask bar with several clay, mineral and hydrating masks. Massage therapies and add-on enhancements can be added to spa services. The online shop sells EuroLaser, ColoreScience and Obagi skin care and sun protection products.

Laser services use Alexandrite and YAG lasers, which the business says it uses. Laser hair removal uses Candela GentleLase (Alexandrite) and Nd:YAG lasers and typically takes 4 to 10 treatments spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart. It cannot treat blonde, red, grey or white hair because these lack pigment, and waxing or tweezing must stop six weeks beforehand. Clear + Brilliant is a resurfacing laser for all skin types that typically takes 3 to 6 sessions with minimal downtime; the business calls it the new Fraxel. Other laser options include IPL photofacials for Fitzpatrick skin types I through IV, spider vein removal with a YAG laser over 2 to 4 sessions, brown sun and age spot removal, and laser toenail fungus removal.
