Extensions follow three steps. The consultation covers desired length, fullness, number of rows and color match. Installation includes a custom color if agreed, installing the extensions, cutting and blending, styling and photos. Maintenance covers removal, an optional color touch-up and reinstallation. Reinstalls are needed every 6 to 10 weeks, with the first due within six weeks. The initial investment covers the hair, installation, custom weft coloring, and a cut and style, while coloring the natural hair is an extra charge. New guests are quoted an estimate between $800 and $3200+ depending on length, and exact pricing is set at the in-person consultation. Consultation requests get a reply within 24 to 48 hours. The business says IBE is gentle on natural hair and scalp and comfortable from the first day.

Color services all include a shampoo, conditioning, a hot towel treatment and aromatherapy, and the blowdry is optional. Blonding comes in Dimensional Blonding, offered as mini, partial or full, and Modern Blonding Packages for a brighter, airier result without added depth. Booking terms: cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice or a fee of 50% of the scheduled service applies. A no-show without notice carries a fee of 100% of the service, to be paid before another booking. Shampoo and style are not included in maintenance appointments unless the color is being refreshed. Clients who are not getting color should arrive with clean hair for a reinstall.
