Color is a large part of the menu: gloss refreshes, gray coverage and root retouches, all-over color, color correction and vivid color, along with mini, partial and full blonding done with highlights or balayage. Blonding services include a bond builder protectant, and extra product for several color services is charged per bowl.

Consultations come first for several services. A free 15-minute consultation is offered for any hair goal. Tape-in extensions need a free consultation before an installation can be booked, and a retainer equal to the cost of the hair is due before that appointment is scheduled. Vivid and color correction work is priced at $95 per hour with a $95 retainer due at booking, and halo extension consultations are $0 and last 15 minutes.

Bookings are made through the online booking page, which also takes payment. The business is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, with shorter hours on Wednesday, and is closed Thursday through Saturday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
