Set on South Liberty Street in historic downtown Powell, the med spa brings medical aesthetics, skin treatments, hair services and spray tanning under one roof. Neurotoxin treatments are reviewed at the visit with a nurse practitioner, and services can be combined in one appointment, such as dermaplaning with red light or injectables with a spray tan.

The injectable menu covers neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport and Xeomin) for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, lip flip, chin dimpling and masseter or jawline slimming, as appropriate, with dosing customized to each client. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are offered for lips, cheeks, smile lines, the lower face, chin and jawline. At the filler consultation, product choice, number of syringes and a longer-term plan are discussed. Radiesse and Sculptra biostimulators are offered for neck and chest crepiness and for lower face and jawline support; these are usually done as a series, with results developing over 3 to 6 months.

Skin treatments include microneedling for the face, neck and décolleté, aimed at texture, pores and mild scarring, paired with medical-grade serums. Microneedling is best done in a series of 3 to 4 sessions about 4 weeks apart. Chemical peels are chosen by skin type and concerns, for brightening and pigment, acne and congestion, or fine lines, with downtime from a light glow to light peeling reviewed at the consultation. Dermaplaning is available as an add-on or on its own, and red light therapy is offered to calm the skin afterward. Vitamin B-12 and NAD+ injections are offered as part of an overall wellness plan, and history and goals are reviewed before any wellness injection because these injections do not replace primary care.

Custom airbrush spray tans are blended to each client's preferred shade, from champagne to deep bronze, using quick-dry formulas in a private studio. Clients receive prep and aftercare instructions, along with detailed instructions and medical screening as part of booking. Event packages for brides, photoshoots, vacations and big life events combine injectables, skin, hair and spray tanning with custom pricing; these are planned 3 to 6 or more months ahead. Appointments are booked by calling, texting or emailing the salon.

Care is planned around each client, starting with a consultation and a review of history and goals. Wellness injections are framed as part of a broader plan rather than a substitute for primary care.
