Visits begin online. A digital consultation asks about hair goals, history and challenges before the first appointment, and the stylist uses those answers to recommend the first service. Every first-time experience includes a curly cut, and the Customized Curly Cut starts at $250, with the final price depending on how much time the cut needs. The salon says it aims for pricing transparency.

Services fall into curly cut experiences, color experiences that include balayage and permanent color, curl care maintenance for returning guests, and add-on treatments such as Olaplex, a curl detox and a haircolor gloss. The Ultimate Curly Cut at $350 takes about three hours and includes a curl detox, a customized cut, a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage, an extended styling lesson, take-home recommendations and access to the Curl Care Salon app.

Booking terms are firm. A $50 nonrefundable deposit goes toward the service total and secures access to booking. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and a $100 rebooking fee per service applies within that window. Arriving more than 15 minutes late also carries a $100 rebooking fee per service, and a missed appointment without notice ends the option to book with that stylist. Appointments are typically available within two to three weeks, and walk-ins and same-day bookings are not accepted.

Each cut is shaped from a dry cutting method that shows how a client's curls fall naturally, rather than following a fixed cutting system.
