Custom blonding is the centre of the menu and comes in three sizes: a Mini face-frame foil refresh for highlights around the face, hairline and part, a Half partial service, and a Full service for a complete lived-in result. Appointments run from about two and a half hours to four and a half hours depending on the size. The color menu also includes reverse balayage color melt, root to end color, root touch-ups that blend or cover grey, and glossing for shine and brassy tones.

New clients who want extensions start with a required consultation, where the price is quoted to the density, length and color they want. A 50% deposit holds the install, and the consult fee is applied toward it. Add-on treatments for repair, scalp care and mineral buildup can be added to most services, and color cannot be booked on the same day as a Brazilian Blowout. Changes need 48 hours notice to avoid a fee.
