A new patient's first visit is a consultation. It covers a skin assessment, a conversation about goals, a phased personalized plan, and a clear explanation of what is and is not needed. Attending does not commit anyone to treatment, and treatment is not required that day, although same-day treatment can be requested in the appointment notes. Forms are sent before the first visit. If a new patient decides not to proceed, the consultation fee is charged, but it can be applied to retail products or treatment within 30 days.

The menu runs from signature facials and microneedling through laser, device and regenerative treatments, neurotoxin and filler, and body and hair treatments such as Kybella, non-surgical body enhancement and PRF or PDGF hair restoration. The Aiyana Society is a monthly membership with three tiers. Level 1 VIP is $200 per month, Level 2 Maintenance is $325 per month, and Level 3 Reserve is $500 per month and combines the VIP and Maintenance benefits. Memberships run for 12 months, fees are drafted monthly on the 1st, and at least three consecutive payments are needed before the first tox treatment. Members can use the benefits at either location and receive a percentage off regularly priced services and retail products. The studio describes the membership as a way to simplify long-term maintenance of results.

Wellness care is offered at the Alexandria location or virtually, on Wednesdays from 10 am to 6 pm. Its programs cover medical weight loss and metabolic work, perimenopause and menopause support, testosterone therapy, peptide therapy, sexual health, longevity and performance planning, and hair restoration evaluation. New wellness patients start with a detailed consultation that reviews symptoms, history, medications, sleep and prior labs. In-house lab draws are available, or the team can coordinate testing virtually.
