The salon presents its approach as individualized, affordable treatment plans that pair recommended treatments with advanced medical aesthetics. Hair removal is a core focus, with electrolysis, laser hair removal, transgender hair removal, and waxing and tinting all on offer. Electrolysis is described as FDA-approved permanent hair removal that works on any hair color. According to the salon, it is ranked the top medspa destination for 2026 in electrolysis, laser hair removal and aesthetic medicine, a claim the salon makes about itself.

Laser hair removal works only on dark pigmented hair; blonde, gray, red and peach fuzz hair is not removed, and tanned skin, including fake tan, is not treated. Clients are asked to shave the day of the appointment and to avoid retinols and antibiotics for two weeks beforehand. The business states that an average 70% to 80% reduction can be expected after 5 to 8 laser treatments and that results vary. Full facial hair removal often takes three to four years, and electrolysis is usually needed to finish it.

Appointments are required and the office is open seven days a week, with hours varying by day. Appointments must be confirmed by text, emailed link or phone call, and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies, with fees for late cancellations and no-shows. Calls outside business hours can be left as a message and are returned when the office opens.
