Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment incur a fee of 25 percent of the original service price, due before rebooking. A no-call, no-show incurs a fee of 50 percent of the original appointment cost. The salon does not keep cards on file, and cancellation notice can be given by phone, text, email, or social media. Children under 10 are welcome only when receiving a service and accompanied by an adult. Redo requests should be made within 7 days of the original appointment; adjustments are complimentary when they match the original goal, while redos caused by a change of mind or a look different from what was discussed may need a new appointment or charge. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the stylist cannot complete the full service that day.
