About

The business was founded in Charlottesville, Virginia, and now runs clubs in three states. Its stated mission is to help members live their best. The business describes its clubs as refined yet warm and community-driven, and says its staff are friendly and welcoming to members. Clubs keep long hours, typically from early morning until late evening, and some satellite locations offer 24-hour access with a member keytag alongside staffed hours. Housekeeping is full-time, and towel service is available throughout each club.

Facilities vary by location. Common features include cardio and strength floors with free weights and functional equipment, climate-controlled indoor tracks, group exercise studios and cycle studios that use Stages bikes. Some clubs have a Mind Body Suite with a dedicated Pilates Reformer studio, a half-court basketball arena, a turf functional training area, or a Kids Zone with climbing structures. Aquatics centers host swim lessons and aquatic fitness classes, and a few have lap lanes, lap pools, warm-water pools or outdoor waterparks. Cafés at some clubs offer grab-and-go items or made-to-order meals.

Programming is broad. Pickleball, racquetball and squash are offered at several clubs, along with junior clinics and youth tennis levels. Swim School teaches learn-to-swim classes for ages 3 and up, with parent-and-child classes for infants and toddlers, and private or semi-private packages. Summer camp, afterschool and Kids Day Off programs are offered at some clubs, and birthday parties come with a dedicated host.

Health-focused programs include P.R.E.P., a physician referred exercise program developed by the business for people beginning or returning to exercise, and GLP-1 Support, a three-month program for people using or considering obesity management medications, which pairs personalized fitness guidance with nutrition and health coaching. Healthy Lifestyle Support is a group program of 24 sessions based on the Prevent T2 curriculum from the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by certified lifestyle coaches; Medicare covers it for qualified individuals, and the business says it has partnered with the CDC to offer it. Nutrition services are led by a Registered Dietitian.

Members can earn points through the Member Rewards Program for visits, referrals and milestones, redeemable for tickets, merchandise and hotel stays. On the first Friday of each month, members may bring a guest to a complimentary workout. Family Time hours are offered in pools and activity spaces at some clubs, and members can join or buy a one-day pass.

Built around the business's stated mission of helping members live their best, with programs for recreational fitness, competitive racquet play and medically oriented wellness support.

The business describes its clubs as warm and community-driven, and presents Crozet Park as a community hub surrounded by nature.
