Facials are the core of the menu. The Beauty Room Facial is a customizable treatment that starts at $125 for 45 minutes, and the client chooses the time and budget. A skin consultation is included with every facial. The business describes its facials as tailored rather than one-size-fits-all. Hydrafacial and Glo2 treatments start at $199 for an hour and come in several versions. Glo2 combines oxygen-bubble exfoliation, lite ultrasound and a hands-free lymphatic massage. The business describes Hydrafacial as one of its most popular services, and the shorter Express version covers a cleanse, peel, extraction and infusion in a quicker visit.

Hair removal is done by sugaring and by waxing, and sugaring has been part of the menu since 2014. The sugar paste is made from organic sugar, lemon and water. Areas range from brows, lip, chin and nostrils to Brazilian, bikini, underarms, legs, arms, chest and back. Clients are asked to trim hair to about a quarter inch before the visit, and bikini trimming is not done during the service. Appointments are generally booked every four to six weeks, once hair has grown at least 14 days.

Advanced treatments are offered to clients who are on a full skin care routine set up by their esthetician. Chemical peels, including the JM Glycolic Peel with a 40% glycolic acid formula, require an in-person consultation first. Peels are limited to existing clients who have followed recommended home care for four weeks beforehand. Microneedling options include Liquid Microneedling, which uses freshwater sponge spicules massaged into the skin and involves 2 to 5 days of downtime, SkinPen, which the business describes as the first FDA-cleared microneedling device, and HydraNeedle, which pairs microneedling with a Hydrafacial and a serum.

Clear Skin Bootcamp is an acne program lasting 3 to 6 months, designed for acne grades 1 to 4 without prescription drugs. It asks clients to follow prescribed acne-safe products and make lifestyle changes. Office visits happen about every two weeks for several months at first, then move to monthly follow-up facials once the skin is under control. The program starts at $99, and the business says clients should expect an additional $100 to $200 for products.

Treatments are customized to each client and adjusted over time as skin and seasons change. Peels and advanced treatments are reserved for clients on a full routine set by their esthetician.
