The studio presents itself as a concept space with a lively, trendy feel for clients who want something a little different from a standard barbershop or salon visit. Its stated goal is to give each client full attention in a relaxed setting, and to be a place where people feel at home.

The salon's view is that a haircut should reflect the individual, taking into account a person's style and facial structure. A typical haircut runs about 45 minutes to an hour and includes a consultation, a shampoo and conditioner, a scalp massage, and the cut and style. Scissors or clippers are chosen to suit the client, and clients planning a major change are asked to bring photos of the look they have in mind.

Complimentary refreshments are offered on site, including Nespresso coffee, Perrier sparkling water, soft drinks, wine and beer. Parking is available for clients, and testimonials on the site describe the studio as very clean.
