Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but the customer must be approved before the appointment. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; anyone more than 15 minutes late is charged a cancellation fee and must reschedule. Cancellations, no-shows and reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee charged to the card on file.
Refunds are not offered. Issues reported within one week of a service may be addressed with adjustments. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
