A visit begins with check-in and a choice of a robe or regular clothing, followed by a consultation with your stylist and a beverage. Shampoo and conditioning take place in reclining chairs with a light pressure massage. Every cut and style includes premium shampoo and conditioning, styling and a blow dry. The salon does not quote prices over the phone and recommends an in-person consultation. Prices depend on stylist level, hair texture, length, volume and time, and clients can ask for a Creative Director, Master Stylist or Junior Stylist when booking. Mid-back or longer hair and thick or difficult hair may cost more, and curling iron work requested by clients is charged extra.
Balayage is the salon's specialty, with partial and full options and toning between appointments for clients who go longer than six weeks. Brazilian keratin smoothing is also a focus. Treatments take roughly two to four hours depending on hair length and texture, and the keratin gradually washes out over about eight weeks, lasting five to six months with good aftercare. A lighter Express version reduces frizz without loosening curls. A free phone consultation is offered for balayage and keratin.
Facials use G.M. Collin skincare treatments and are performed by master estheticians, with options from a 30-minute mini facial to 60-minute facials. Waxing, tweezing and sugaring on request are also offered, and Kerastase products are used across the salon.
Booking requires a credit card guarantee. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early; arriving 15 minutes late may cost reserved time, and arriving 30 minutes late counts as a missed appointment. The salon accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and its own gift certificates, but not personal checks. Gratuity cannot be added to credit card payments. Gift cards can be bought online and should be handed to the front desk at check-in, and an ATM is inside the salon.
