Kristen now serves as CEO and also works as a colorist and extension artist, alongside a team of colorists, a bridal artist and a stylist.

The salon's stated focus is customized services and lived-in, low-maintenance color and extensions. Rather than following trends, clients are encouraged to choose changes that suit their own hair and routine, and maintenance is planned around each client's lifestyle. Color sessions run from quick grey coverage and glosses to full dimensional color, and a haircut or blow dry is included in color sessions.

Every service is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted; there is no receptionist. Clients book through their chosen stylist's booking link and receive an email and text confirmation, or join a waitlist by emailing the salon. Last-minute openings are posted on the 24/7 online booking platform. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, and a late cancellation is charged half the booked service to the card on file. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Wednesday and Thursday running later into the evening.

The space is on the second floor, reached through a buzzer entry, with exposed historic brick, oversized windows, plants and incense. A kitchen area with a bar top is open to clients and stylists for refreshments or lunch. Street meter parking is in front of the building and a paid city lot is next door; the main entrance is behind the building.

Extension hair is sourced by the salon, which will not install hair purchased elsewhere. Extension pricing includes the hair and a Davines haircare goody bag.
