Appointments are requested online only, and the chosen artist reviews each request within 72 hours. Walk-ins and consultations are not accommodated on the day. Clients can change, cancel or move an appointment through their booking confirmation up to 48 hours ahead. A missed appointment without 48 hours notice to the artist carries a fee of half the booked total. Many artists allow a 15-minute grace period, but arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-call no-show and the service may not go ahead.
The salon offers a sensory sensitive reservation option, a 90-minute appointment with Chelsea Frye at $125. Some color services are open only to returning clients, and several appointment types are listed for returning clients only. Prepaid booking options with stated deposits are available for several services, and a few artists are not taking new requests at all, so it helps to check each artist's availability before booking.
Each stylist works independently, so availability, menus, schedules and pricing are set by the individual artist rather than the salon as a whole.
