The salon sits on the lower level of a condo building, with reserved garage parking for guests and street parking a block up. Exact prices depend on a consultation booked through the booking site with a chosen stylist, and starting prices appear on the service menu. A deposit of 50% reserves an extension appointment, with the balance due at the install.

Extension work covers length, volume and color, using the Bellami, IBE, method and Habit systems. A consultation covers the time and investment for the first install and ongoing maintenance, custom color matching, and length and density. Re-install appointments are recommended every six to eight weeks. The salon provides an Extensions Care Guide on brushing, sleeping, washing, drying and swimming, and advises washing extensions only once or twice a week with gentle products made for extensions.

The salon runs a co-stylist training program of nine to fifteen months, averaging twelve months and tailored to each stylist's needs. Co-stylists get their first opportunity shift six weeks in, weekly Monday morning classes on current trends and techniques taught by a senior stylist, one-on-one mentoring, and L'Oreal Professional education. Stylists are assigned a level from 1 to 10 based on education and experience, which also sets pricing. Cosmetology students can request a shadow day of about three hours by text to an owner or senior stylist.

Education and mentorship are central to the salon's stylist program.
