Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be booked by calling the salon coordinator. Hours are Monday from 1 to 9 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed on weekends. Off-street parking is behind the building, and a daily pass from the front desk is required; the salon is not responsible for tickets or towing.

Creative color is priced in three tiers. Tier 1 runs from $80 to $105 and up, Tier 2 from $120 to $210 and up, and Tier 3 from $180 to $315 and up. Corrective color starts at $400 and up. Color product used beyond the service is charged per ounce, and any extra time or product needed during a visit is discussed at consultation.

Hair extensions begin with a consultation, which carries a $30 fee due at booking. Formal styling for brides and bridal parties is requested through an inquiry form. The smoothing treatment lasts four to six months and starts at $300 and up. Gowns, towels and styling capes are laundered and provided for each service.

Payment is due on the day of the appointment, and a credit card on file is needed to hold bookings. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice. New clients who cancel late are charged 75 percent of the booked time, returning clients are charged 50 percent, and no-call, no-show visits are charged the full stylist time. Gratuities are accepted in cash in envelopes at the front desk. Gift certificates are available year-round in any amount and can be used for products and services.

Stylists are placed on five experience-based levels, and pricing reflects stylist experience, demand and education. The salon states that it uses professional products.
