Maria Amar

Maria Amar is a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C) at Geria Dermatology, practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Hofstra University, cum laude, and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University. She completed clinical training across multiple medical specialties in the Boston area and advanced dermatology fellowship training.

She has also practiced dermatology in the New York City area, with experience across diverse patient backgrounds and skin types. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
