Hamza D. Bhatti, DO, FAAD, FACMS

Hamza D. Bhatti, DO, FAAD, FACMS, practices at Geria Dermatology as a double board-certified dermatologist and a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. He focuses on high-risk, aggressive and locally advanced skin cancers, bringing expertise in Mohs surgery, facial reconstruction and surgical dermatology. Stony Brook University granted him a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and he then completed medical training in New York and New Jersey. He was Chief Resident at Rutgers University before doing fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology in South Florida. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery. His clinical work includes managing skin reactions linked to immunotherapy. He teaches and mentors physician assistants, residents and medical students, and he works closely with patients so they know their diagnosis, surgical plan and what to expect.
