Dr. Regina Rodman

Dr. Regina Rodman practices as a facial plastic and craniofacial surgeon at Face Forward. She is double board-certified in facial plastic and craniofacial surgery. Her work addresses a broad range of face and neck conditions and includes procedures that reshape both bone and soft tissue. She is one of the few surgeons who specialize in bony cosmetic facial work, and she performs osseous genioplasty at a surgery center in Houston. Before medicine she worked in social services, managing a group home. Her otolaryngology (ENT surgery) residency was at the University of Texas Houston, where she was chief resident in her final year and was voted resident of the year. She then trained in a fellowship in facial plastic, reconstructive and craniomaxillofacial surgery at SUNY Upstate in New York, concentrating on craniofacial surgery and complex head and neck reconstruction. She has written reconstructive surgery articles, peer-reviewed papers and several plastic surgery textbook chapters, and has presented at national meetings and as an invited speaker at academic institutions. She has served as an elected delegate for the student section of the American Medical Association and the Association of American Medical Colleges. Her patients include athletes with nasal obstruction from sinus disease, septal deviation or sports-related facial trauma. She leads Botox treatment for synkinesis and hemifacial spasms, tailoring each plan to the individual patient. She encourages patients to learn about both chin implants and osseous genioplasty before choosing one. She was a Texas Super Doctor for five consecutive years, 2021 through 2025, a Texas Rising Star from 2017 to 2020, a RealSelf 500 Doctor, and a Houston Top Doctor named by H-Texas Magazine. She also received a Resident Leadership Grant from the AAO-HNS and first place in the Houston Society of Otolaryngology Resident Research Competition.
