About
Amee Joshi is the Sauna & Cold Plunge Leader at Heim Regenerative Medicine Center in Tampa, and she also leads the sauna and cold plunge classes as lead instructor. She is a physician who teaches yoga and meditation alongside that work. Her medical path began with undergraduate study at the University of Miami, continued with medical education at Nova Southeastern University, and included a residency in family medicine.
Her teaching brings together her medical background and a range of yoga and meditation practices. In her sessions she integrates functional movement and contrast therapy, with the aim of supporting physical recovery, mental clarity and vitality.
