Aanand Geria

Aanand Geria founded Geria Dermatology to combine medical and cosmetic dermatology with individual attention for each patient. He is a board-certified dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and his work emphasizes evidence-based care that relies on technology. He holds an undergraduate degree from Penn State University. Rutgers New Jersey Medical School awarded him his medical degree, and he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society while there. He did a transitional internship at Lehigh Valley Hospital, then a dermatology residency at Howard University Hospital, where he was chief resident. His expertise covers laser and energy-based treatments, neuromodulators and dermal fillers, acne and acne scarring, hair loss, hyperpigmentation and melasma, skin rejuvenation, and skincare and product science. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, has published in peer-reviewed journals, lectures nationally, and advises skincare brands on product development and innovation. He has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and was listed by Newsweek among the Top 20 Medical and Cosmetic Dermatologists in the United States.
