Every visit includes complimentary champagne or mimosas, tea and sweet treats. Guests can wait in the Serenity lounge before a service, and each location has a serenity room with tropical plants, fountains and videos of waves, themed to resemble Hawaii. Massage guests can choose whether to undress fully or keep undergarments on, and draping is used throughout. Arriving about 10 minutes early is recommended, since late arrival shortens a massage.

Facials begin with a skin analysis that uses tools to identify skin type and areas to focus on, followed by a deep cleanse, exfoliation, a mask, hydration and SPF protection. The menu includes a European facial, an oxygen facial, a microdermabrasion combined with a European facial, a HydraFacial and several Repechage facials. Massages range from classic Swedish to deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, prenatal, couples and four-handed sessions. Massage therapists have received specialized training for prenatal massage.

The spa is a good fit for groups and celebrations. Birthday spa parties can accommodate up to 16 guests. Bachelorette packages include a food platter, sash, tiara, spa gift, champagne or mimosas and chocolates. Corporate events are priced per project and should be booked four to six weeks ahead; the corporate event space has 12 treatment rooms, 3 nail stations, a serenity room and 3 washrooms. Mani-pedi services are offered at the 36th and 56th Street locations only.

Facial treatments are tailored to each client's skin concerns, and estheticians recommend a facial based on skin type. The spa suggests a manicure every two to three weeks and a pedicure every four to six weeks, depending on nail and skin condition.
