The studio aims to address the underlying causes of skin issues rather than only their symptoms, and it says skin treatment includes attention to both physical and mental wellbeing. Every facial begins with an in-depth consultation covering skincare habits, lifestyle and skin concerns.

Signature facials include the 60-minute Green Hour Facial with extractions and the 80-minute Earth Eighty Facial. Microneedling is a 90-minute treatment that uses small needles to create controlled micro injuries intended to stimulate collagen and elastin. It can be booked as a single session, a series of three or six, or yearly, with sessions spaced four weeks apart. It is not offered to clients with rosacea. IntraOral facials come in 45- and 80-minute versions, and the longer one includes intraoral massage. Add-ons include Gua Sha, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, peels, cupping, microcurrent, LED light therapy and a neck and decolletage treatment. Enhancements are not charged extra, and the studio says there are no hidden fees.

The studio describes itself as a certified sustainable, no-waste studio and partners with Green Circle and Terracycle for waste recycling. Clients can bring used glycolic pads and sheet masks to appointments for recycling, and those who return empty skincare containers receive 10% off a replacement product. Product brands carried are plant based, cruelty free and handmade, with recyclable packaging. Monthly subscriptions, gift cards and membership pricing are available. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee, and cancellations with less than two hours' notice or no-shows are charged in full.
