ZOE Beauty operates alongside ZOE Academy, the makeup school founded in 2013 by Zoe Mejia, who also directs it. The studio side covers brow work, facials, makeup for events, massage and waxing, along with a spa day package.

Brow work is a central focus. Diseño de Cejas con Mapeo is a mapping-based brow design fitted to each client's face. Temporary brow shading starts from that design, fitted to face measurements, with a plant-based pigment applied and hairs outside the design removed. The shading lasts about three to four weeks, depending on home care.

The facial menu includes a deep cleansing treatment that removes blackheads, comedones and impurities and takes about an hour and a half; it can also be done on the back and chest. A facial cleansing treatment is chosen by skin type, and a hydrating facial is also offered. Bridal makeup is designed to reflect each bride's personality, and brides can request booking through a contact form.

ZOE Academy offers Automaquillaje Levels I and II, the 30-hour Master de Maquillaje Profesional, Perfeccionamiento Profesional, a 10-hour bridal workshop and a brow workshop, in person in New York or online. Students who complete all classes receive a certificate. Master course students bring their own tools and makeup, and a supplier list is provided on enrollment.

Treatments are fitted to the individual, from brow designs mapped to each face to bridal looks shaped around the bride's personality.
