Bridal work follows a set path. Trials are held at the salon rather than on location, usually booked two to four months before the wedding, and run about two hours. A signed contract is needed before a trial can be scheduled, and the deposit is non-refundable because it holds the same artists for the trial and the wedding day. If a client is unhappy with the trial result or the artists, a complimentary retrial is offered. The final balance goes on the card on file 14 days before the event, along with the final headcount, and a 20% gratuity is added to day-of services.

Beyond bridal, the business offers pre-event dermaplane and skin prep facials, a custom-blended spray tan with a trial option, grooming and hot towel shaves for grooms and attendees, junior and wedding party hair and makeup, and kids and teen glam parties.
